You are not alone
At times, the challenges that accompany ADHD have led many of us to feel frustrated, discouraged, stuck or overwhelmed. Sometimes we feel guilty, ashamed, isolated, defeated, hopeless or even broken.
Renee Crook is an ADHD Coach and former elementary school teacher who truly understands these feelings. When Renee was diagnosed in her early thirties, she felt this way, too.

There is hope
Today, as an ADHD coach, Renee finds joy by working with ADHD clients around the world. She supports and empowers them to learn more about their own manifestation of ADHD and to do the work that is necessary to step into becoming the people they have always dreamed of becoming and truly are.
With ADHD coaching, many people with ADHD feel more understood, encouraged, hopeful, and whole. They grow in self-esteem, self-love, and confidence.

Love your life
Renee believes the “magic” ingredient for long-term success with ADHD challenges is to address the underlying negative self-talk and negative beliefs about ourselves that keep us stuck and defeated. As an ADHD coach, Renee loves empowering her clients to see themselves differently and to live in a way that betters themselves, their family and their community.
She is attentive, interested in all the details of my life and sees things in my words that I don't see. Her insights have been amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for coaching, not just with ADHD, but with any area of life that is needing clarity. She works like a camera taking snap shots of your mind...then somehow translates it into words that you didn't realise you said. What a brilliant mind she is!

With you helping me feel better and be a better me, I look forward to what the future brings. Thank you Renee for being you. You are awesome and provide such a wonderful service.

I don’t know if it’s her training, her natural skill, or her character that make her so good at coaching – I suspect all three. What I can say is that I am a better person for it, and I can’t recommend her enough if you have ADHD and want to change your life for the better.
